In the event that the courier does not reach you at the given address, the consignment will be stored at the relevant post office, provided that information on the storage of the consignment will be entered in your mailbox. The package will be stored at the post office for collection for a maximum of 6 days
Please check the condition of the package when accepting the shipment, especially if it is not damaged in any way. If the shipment shows defects, unpack it only in the presence of the carrier. In case of any doubts, refuse to accept the shipment and inform us immediately so that we can arrange further action.
If you take over the shipment and find damage or loss of content later, we can no longer enter into a possible complaint procedure between you and the delivery company. If the shipment does not show any defects, the carrier is not obliged to wait for the shipment to open.
In the event that you take over the shipment and only after opening it find out that its contents are damaged, contact the Czech Post customer line at 840 111 244. Complaints of a damaged shipment can be made retroactively for up to 3 days.

The post office in the country of destination treats the consignment according to the sender's instructions. When returning the consignment to the sender, he shall state a note on the reason for which it was not delivered.
Delivery of a consignment or non-fulfillment of another post office obligation can be claimed at any post office within six months of submission. The post office will accept complaints only on condition that the complainant submits the original delivery receipt.
